We utilize a proprietary digital sizing algorithm combined with a physical try-on process to ensure a perfect fit. Once you submit your measurements, we send a fitting garment to confirm the silhouette before crafting your final piece.
What is the typical lead time for an order?
Since every article is made-to-order to reduce waste and ensure quality, our standard production time is 4 to 6 weeks, plus shipping transit time.
Where are your garments manufactured?
All Articles of Style garments are ethically handcrafted by master tailors in our partner workshops located in the United States and Italy, using the world's finest natural fabrics.
What is your return policy for custom items?
Because each item is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns. However, we offer an alterations credit or complimentary adjustments to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the fit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide via DHL Express. Please note that international customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes incurred upon delivery.
Can I request a specific fabric not shown on the site?
We have access to thousands of seasonal fabrics from mills like Loro Piana and Vitale Barberis Canonico. Please contact our concierge team if you are looking for a specific color or pattern.
